Health Busines In A Box

Wise Online Entrepreneurs know that the best selling products online are health products and health-related ebooks, books, tapes, newsletter subscriptions, etc.

Now World famous Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst has just released her latest “shocker!” that makes it possible for just about anyone to profit from this fact.

She’s making it possible for someone to get a fully-operational online “store” that specializes in “health-related” goods and services.

Literally now anyone can get a complete Internet “health” business in a box!

This complete website has a main product as well as up to 90 separate products that all center around breakthrough health products. And where YOU can earn some really HUGE CASH!

It seems that Dr. Suzanne has really done her homework (especially for YOUR benefit!)

First she correctly determined that according to Forrester Research (which is perhaps the most powerful & accurate online research database to date!) “health-related” products and information is by far the most sought after things anywhere online.

Nope! — Despite what you might have thought, “sex,” “porn,” and “UFOs” are NOT the most searched for items on the Internet (but “health stuff” is hands down!)

Second, Dr. Suzanne’s “Top Secret Fat Loss Secret” shook the entire World with its release recently - and she’s even made a special lead-capture page that you also get central to this amazing site!

Why is this important?

Simple: because Dr. Suzanne’s affiliates are making millions right now with what is perhaps one of ClickBank’s HOTTEST products (and this same product is the central seller at your new health e-Biz site!)

Third, the site you get also acts as a “database” that never stops growing so that you get 10,000’s of customers you can continue to sell to over and over again other things!

Why is this important?

Again, very simple: anyone who’s wise online knows that “backend” sales are chief to making long term and extra profits!

Dr. Suzanne’s NEW “Health Biz In a Box” complete and fully-operational website you get for next to nothing contains an electronic “Automatic Sales Manager” (like a salesman robot - Ha!) built-in that works to upsell to your list over and over again so that you enjoy additional “automatic” income!

Fourth, Dr. Suzanne health-biz site also includes a complete health-related products Shopping Mall so that your site visitors stopping by are likely to buy at least 1 to up to 90 additional products creating instantly for you up to over a dozen other income streams!

This way you get the “most bang for your buck” so to speak!

As if all this weren’t enough, the fifth (and perhaps the very best) thing about this automatic seller is the tiny spokesmodel “Rachel” that literally walks out onto your Health-Biz site and guides your site visitors (like a tour guide) through your entire site and what it has to offer!

Dr. Suzanne carefully tested the site both WITH and WITHOUT “Rachel” and accurately determined that the addition of “Rachel” boosted sites sales by as much as 396% (meaning nearly 4 times as many sales!)

Dr. Suzanne believes that having the spokesmodel adds credibility as well as an informative approach to the site so that it generates a much higher “conversion-to-sales” ration at large.

And ALL these amazing features stand to make YOU very, very rich as you get all of them with your own “Health Biz In a Box” website!

If any of this floats your boat, then I highly recommend you get over to:

Health Biz In A Box

…and because rumor has it that Dr. Suzanne may put a ceiling on the number of these Internet “health-biz” sites she’s giving out in order to avoid everyone having one and risking market saturation.

Already people securing theirs have had nothing but great things to say about this:

“I’m so happy with mine! … Having this site professionally set up by Dr. Suzanne’s Team for us was the greatest thing we ever did! … the site literally is just pouring money into our pockets even while we’re doing other things, vacationing, and even crashing out!”

-Cynthia Conrad, Atlanta, Georgia

“I never knew that making money online could be so easy!”

-Richard Bosworth, SLC, Utah

“Health stuff is the real way to make money online easily … everybody sooner or later has to have it!”

-Carla Dupree, Boise, Idaho

“I’m making about $6,000 a week with mine … and this after failing on the Net for nearly 10 years trying to sell everything else!”

-Jason Herman, San Dimas, CA

“$500 a day is what this biz is shoving in my pocket! I even went out of town for nearly two weeks and my health biz site completely ran itself!”

-Michael Sorbowski, Mason, Ohio

As you can see by these people’s comments, everyone grabbing their own automatic health-products Internet business is raking in the cash! (And now you can too!)

Just grab yours now simply by going to:

Health Biz In A Box

I guess I should have added above that not only do you get all the things I’ve described thus far, but you also get professional customized set up at no extra charge!

That’s right! - Dr. Suzanne’s own Team of web experts actually build your “Health Biz” for you so you don’t have to!

They:

- design your site

- put all the 90 income streams into place

- install the electronic sales manager for you

- and a complete online shopping mall of health products!

Creating Multiple Streams of Affiliate Marketing Income

Have you ever heard or read the phrase “multiple streams of income”before? Do you know what this phrase means? For many businessmen, creating multiple streams of income online or offline is one way of securing themselves as well as their businesses in the future. They also believe that it can also save them from the so-called famine effect in the business industry. Once you are engaged in affiliate marketing business, it is advisable if you have multiple streams of affiliate marketing income so that if one of those income streams vanished, it will not upset you the way losing your sole stream would. If you depend on just one source of income and this single stream has been downsized or has lain off, you’ll surely find yourself bankrupted and hopeless. Try to ask the most successful online entrepreneurs, and you’ll discover that they have established multiple streams of online income.

There is a businessman that said and attested that the very first step you must take in creating multiple streams of income is to assess or evaluate your resources. Start by assessing yourself first. Jot down your answers to the following questions: What are the talents, abilities, strength and gears that you possess? Are you gifted with excellent and creative writing skills? Can you do well at sales? Are you good in communicating with people? Are you born with an artistic skill or unique ability that other people don’t have? Through this, you can determine the kind of business where can possibly excel.

Next, look around and write down you assets and physical resources such as computer, color printer, scanner, digital camera, cell phone, CD or DVD burner. Write these all down because it can be used as a resource. Consider also your friends and family. Find out what do they possess that you have access to. Remember that no man is an island. You can use the talents, abilities, knowledge and resources of everyone you know.

That’s basically the initial step if you want to create multiple income streams. But if you’re already a webmaster or a site owner, you definitely have an edge. Why don’t you join affiliate marketing business to help you gain extra income out of your own website?

Being involved in affiliate marketing is one of the most desirable ways to make multiple sources of income. It is because affiliate marketing programs come in various shapes and forms. There are a large number of affiliate marketing programs that you can sign on with and start gaining bucks right away. In affiliate marketing, you can make money by promoting and reselling your affiliate products and by recruiting new affiliates. What’s good about this is that you can find widest array of training materials that can enhance your marketing abilities. In affiliate marketing, you can be sure that there are genuine products to promote and sell and there is real income to make.

Either part time or full time, being an affiliate marketeris an excellent way to create multiple income streams by means of promoting products and services from web merchants. Here, you can get affiliate commission without investing big bucks in making your own product and without worrying about book keeping, customer support and ecommerce. All you have to do is to promote and resell the products and services in your site and pass on potential customer’s the merchant’s site.

In affiliate marketing, it is advisable to promote more merchants in your site so that your visitors will have variety of destinations to choose from. Using multiple merchants in the same site or niche means only one thing – you have multiple streams of affiliate income. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this business strategy because this is one of the best ways to protect your business and expanding your horizons. Through this, you can be assured that you won’t experience crisis if ever one of your web merchants closed his/her program.

However, you should choose only those affiliate programs that interest you so that you can effectively advertise and promote them. Don’t ever be tempted into signing up for numerous affiliate programs in the hope that one of them will bring income. Select wisely and don’t be engaged in selling products you know nothing about. Go with the stuff that jives with your enthusiasm; your passion can capture your client by the nose and guide him/her to your affiliate link.

You should also work hard to make your multiple streams of income more stable. You can do this by embracing some strategies and tactics and by developing within yourself, some traits that can help you become successful in any kind of business such as patience, persistence and thirst for knowledge.

Lastly, just remember the adage that says “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” So that if one of them is lost, you can still have some to make omelets. And what do these eggs have to do with multiple streams of affiliate income? Well, it goes without saying that the more streams of income you possess, the bigger and better your money lake becomes.

Building Affiliate Marketing Websites The Easy Way

Building Affiliate Marketing Websites The Easy Way

There are some myths in affiliate marketing, which attract a lot of people to it believing they are true. First is they think managing an online business is easy and second, they think that one can make a fortune through online marketing in an instant. Probably not even 10% of those who are into affiliate marketing became rich overnight. There may be some who fortunately achieved overwhelming success in just a short span of time after setting up an affiliate program, but not a majority of them can confidently say they only had luck. Anyone who is successful in this kind of business would say he worked hard to get to where he is right now. Success in affiliate marketing takes time and hard work, but it’s worth it.

If you are planning to start an affiliate program, one of the things you have to consider is having your own website, not just an ordinary website but a professional looking one. How do you build an affiliate marketing website? What are the easy steps to build one? First, you must have already decided on the theme or niche of your website. It would be better if you already have an idea what products or services to promote as this would help you plan the design and lay-out of your web pages. The next thing to do is to choose a domain name and get it hosted. The domain name is a unique name used to label the actual address of your website on the Internet. In deciding what domain name to register, look into the type of products you are endorsing and the theme of your site. Having the right keywords in your domain name would give you better chances of drawing more visitors to your website. Also, choose a top level domain or extension, such as .com because it is more popular. In selecting your web host, consider the security of servers and up time guarantees.

Now, you can start creating your webpages. Don’t be disheartened when you know a little in this field. There are page generation tools and fast launch sites available online; you just have to search for them. Countless online sources could help you build an affiliate marketing website, though you might need time to study and learn the whole process. This is one of the reasons why your site or the products you are going to promote must match your interest. Building your marketing website for the first time would be a lot more fun if you know very well the theme of your site. If you don’t have time to make your own website, you can use templates or purchase readily available websites. The latter, however, is a more expensive option.

Creating an affiliate website on your own would be cheaper and more interesting. In the process of building your website, you may also increase your knowledge in Information Technology and the use of computers, softwares and the Internet. As you educate yourself in these fields, you are increasing your advantage against other affiliate marketers. It helps a lot, though, if you already know the basics in web page development like programming languages and graphics softwares because you can make your site extra corporate-looking, more convenient to use or easier to navigate. Furthermore, if you are knowledgeable and skillful in this area, you can already concentrate more on the content of the page rather than the design.

The key to draw visitors to your website is to have high quality content; thus, the next thing you must pay attention to in building your marketing website is this. There may be several other factors that contribute to the success of your affiliate marketing site, but a good content tops the list. This is precisely the reason why users choose to enter your site. They want to get information and so when they don’t find it, they would definitely go elsewhere. Write interesting articles related to your theme as this would make them frequent your site. If you have already looked for affiliate programs that complement your site, add links to the business sites and other very good informative sites. Links contribute to how well you will be listed in major search engines as well. Also, create pages for the products you are endorsing, but don’t just promote the products by putting hyped-up ads. Keep your readers interested by injecting lots of relevant and useful information. This would make them click the link to the business site and buy the product. Remember that no good content means no frequent visitors, no sales and ultimately, no commission.

Make your site simple yet not without a touch of class in order to make it appear more of a business website rather than a personal website. This would be pleasing to the eyes and more interesting to browse. To help you with the design, you can check some successful online stores to get an idea on how you can make your site look better. Make sure you don’t place too many banner ads since these could distract some site users; and thus, instead of clicking your ad, they might just leave your site and look for other interesting websites. After all, banner ads are not the only means of advertising your products. Now your website is complete, submit its URL to major search engines to increase your traffic.

Grow from where you started. Learn about use of keywords for search engine optimization and apply them in your content. Update your site regularly or add new webpages. Make sure to inform your prospects about the latest updates in your site. You can use newsletters to accomplish this. The Internet offers a huge source of information about just anything, make use of it. Continue to educate yourself on how to improve your website and soon you’ll find yourself successful in affiliate marketing.

Common Mistakes in Home Dog Grooming

When dog owners attempt grooming at home, there are several common mistakes that are made. Dog grooming is a skill, but with the right equipment and patience it can become a household duty that will save both time and money. You have to be careful. A slip of the clippers can cause injury to your animal. This is not only physical injury, but emotional. Trust is loss once pain is inflicted and your dogt may not treat you the same afterward.

The first common mistake is getting to close to the skin while shaving. The clippers can leave a nasty razor burn that can open its way to later infections. If you accidentally give your dog a burn while grooming, stop and apply first aid. Put on some anti-bacteria salve and if possible clean the wound. Hug you dog and let it know that you are sorry and it was an accident. Though they might not understand the words, your dog will understand the tone and will react accordingly. The emotional pain is just as bad as the physical. Watch the wound carefully and if it becomes red or issues puss, contact your veterinarian immediately. If the animal licks or otherwise irritates the wound, you might want to get a protective plastic collar to stop the behavior.

Another mistake in novice dog grooming is getting shampoo or other chemicals in your dog’s eye. Either from your mistake or from the animal’s head movement soap can splash. This unintentional act will sting your dog’s eyes and lead to an unpleasant dog grooming experience. Wash the soap out with water or saline solution and dab the corners of the eye with a sterile cloth. Sooth you animal and try to take the focus off their eyes and maybe gain their attention by showing them a favorite toy or ball. Hold the toy up so the pet can see it. Move the toy back and forth. As your dog tracks the toy, look into their eyes for signs of irritation.

A possible fatal mistake in pet grooming is leaving your animal unrestrained or loose during grooming. Some animals, hate baths and will run at any opportunity. Your dog can put themselves in dangerous situations by trying to escape the dog grooming activity. They may run out in the street and be hit by a care or be attacked by a stray animal. Make sure your dog is at least on a leash. You may even want to put a muzzle on your dog to protect both you and them. If you wash your dog outside, wash it in a fenced yard so that the temptation to run will be short lived and safe.

Dog grooming is best left to a professional. The temptation to do it yourself may lead to a successful experience that will be cheaper. The bonding time with the animal is another perk to grooming your pet yourself. It can be rewarding for both parities involved if the proper safety tips are followed and you as the owner fill comfortable in the enterprise.

A Dog’s Diet Influences Oral Health

Your dog is your very best friend. Every single time you walk through the door your dog is so happy to see you that he wags his tail and practically smiles at you. How can you show your pet how much they mean to you? Well, one way is to take care of that smile for your pet. Did you know that your dog’s diet can influence their oral health?

Humans need to brush and floss their teeth regularly to keep their teeth, tongue, and gums in good condition. Research has recently shown a link between good oral health in humans and a lower risk of heart disease. If good oral health can have such a profound affect on people, then it only makes sense to consider the impact it can have on man’s best friend.

It is important to brush your dog’s teeth frequently to keep plaque and tartar from becoming an issue. Even wiping his gums with a clean, damp cloth can be beneficial.

Your dog’s diet also plays a role in your pet’s oral health. Do you typically feed your dog canned or dry dog food? What kind of treats and toys do you provide for your pet? All of these things can affect the likelihood of trouble with your pet’s teeth.

When your dog’s diet is nutritionally sound, containing essential vitamins, nutrients, and enzymes, your pet’s oral health will be at its very best. Feeding dry dog food rather than a moist canned variety is best for your dog. The tiny kibbles’ hard surface rubs against the teeth to remove and reduce plaque. The simple act of moistening the dry dog food with water or gravy eliminates this property from dry dog food.

The treats you give your pet are part of your dog’s diet just like snacks are part of a person’s diet. As humans, we tend to want to overlook our snacking habits, so it can be easy to overlook the treats you give your dog. This is not a good idea. Carefully consider any and all items your dog will consume.

Do you give your dog bones, rawhides, jerky treats, or dog biscuits? Maybe your pet prefers greenies or corn starch chews. You may not have considered it, but tossing Spot a rawhide chew is like giving him a candy bar. The rawhide, for example, contains calories and is often provided between meals.

Many of the treats and snacks you provide in your dog’s diet can be just empty wasted calories. Some treats, alternatively, provide excellent opportunity to improve oral health. Greenies, rawhides, bones, and hard dog biscuits all help to keep tartar at bay. The softer snacks, such as jerky treats, do not provide much relief from plaque. The healthy treat, on occasion, will also prevent your dog from having bad breath.

Your dog’s diet must be healthy to ensure excellent oral health. Dry dog food is best whenever possible. Don’t forget to select treats for your pet that will enhance your dog’s diet. Consciously monitoring your dog’s diet will positively influence your best friend’s oral health.

What is Congestive Heart Failure?

The following article presents the very latest information on Congestive Heart Failure. If you have a particular interest in Congestive Heart Failure, then this informative article is required reading.

It’s a terrifying moment for many patients: the moment when the doctor enters their hospital room and informs them they are suffering from congestive heart failure. Many people do not know what congestive heart failure is or what it means for their life, and they ask themselves, “Is congestive heart failure the end of my world as I know it?”

Congestive heart failure occurs when for whatever reason the heart is unable to effectively pump the blood through the body. This usually occurs when the heart muscle is weak due to disease or stressed beyond its ability to function. Congestive heart failure is usually a secondary disease following another cardiac condition, primarily either coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathies, myocarditis, valvular disease, or cardiac arrhythmias, with coronary artery disease carrying the poorest prognosis. It may also follow a myocardial infarction, renal failure, sepsis or severe anemia.

Each side of the heart has a different function, and therefore will have a slightly different effect on the body when it is unable to fulfill that function. If it is the left side of the heart that has failed accumulation of fluid in and around the lungs will cause the patient to experience difficulty breathing, and the kidneys will respond to the reduced blood in the circulation by retaining fluid as well. If it is the right side that fails the excess fluid accumulates in the venous system, giving the patient a generalized edema that becomes more severe as their condition deteriorates.

Truthfully, the only difference between you and Congestive Heart Failure experts is time. If you’ll invest a little more time in reading, you’ll be that much nearer to expert status when it comes to Congestive Heart Failure.

Dyspnea is the prevalent presenting symptom in congestive heart failure, although the severity will vary from patient to patient. Some will possess perfectly normal pulmonary function until under exertion, such as while exercising, walking up stairs or mowing their lawn; others will have so much fluid accumulated that simply rising from bed in the morning will prove difficult. These patients will also usually become easily fatigued due to a lack of oxygen to the tissues. Heart failure will also cause a condition known as pitting edema, in which the body retains fluid to the point that when pressure is applied to specific spot on the body the indentation remains (non-pitting edema is not caused by heart failure).

Treatment of congestive heart failure consists primarily of treating the symptoms. Vital signs should be taken regularly, and often diuretics will be prescribed to facilitate expulsion of accumulated fluid from the body. While in the hospital fluid intake and output will be measured very carefully. Patients will probably be placed in an upright position to assist in moving fluid from around the heart and lungs, given potassium supplements and prescribed bed rest for a period of time. BUN levels and serum creatinine, potassium, sodium, chloride and bicarbonate levels are monitered frequently by a physician.

There are several factors that contribute to congestive heart failure and, if diagnosed, should be treated and maintained. These include hypertension, anemia or poycythemia, endocrine disorders, malnutrition, drug or alcohol use and obesity. Therefore, it is very important that patients suffering from congestive heart failure pay particular attention to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A doctor can aid in establishing the best diet and exercise plan with each individual to prevent placing undue stress on the heart and lungs.

While no said cure exists for congestive heart failure and the prognosis varies from case to case, by following a strict diet and exercise program, taking all prescribed medications regularly and maintaining a close relationship with their physicians many patients who suffer from heart failure can continue to lead a fairly normal life.

There’s a lot to understand about Congestive Heart Failure. We were able to provide you with some of the facts above, but there is still plenty more to write about in subsequent articles.

Kayaks, Kayakers and Kayaking

Kayaking can be recreational as well as adventuresome. Kayakers are serious about their sport. Kayaks give them an opportunity to see the world from a different perspective and, if they so desire, to pit themselves and the kayak against Mother Nature’s wildest rivers and rapids.

Basic Kayak Terms

Basic kayak terms include bow, bilge pump, bulkhead, chine, demo boat, dry bag and stern. The bow is the front of the kayak. A bilge pump is a hand pump used to remove large amounts of water from the inside of the kayak.
The bulkhead is a vertical partition inside the kayak. It’s usually made of foam. It serves two purposes. It reinforces the hull and aids flotation. The chine are the edges of the kayak. The term refers to changes in angle.
A demo boat is a demonstration boat dealers use to allow kayak drivers to test drive specific models or styles. The dry bag is a waterproof bag used to keep items dry. The bag is available in a variety of sizes for large or small items. The stern is the back of the kayak.

Basic Kayak Equipment

Basic kayak equipment includes kayak, paddle, life jacket or PFD, helmet and spray skirt.
Kayakers choose a kayak to fit the type of kayaking they plan to do. There are different types of kayaks for recreational kayaking, sea kayaking, and rocky river or creek kayaking. The kayakers size will affect kayak size.
Kayaking paddles come in multiple styles. Kayaker size and paddling style play a part in determining which type of paddle will be used.

Personal flotation devices or life jackets are required by law on most bodies of water. The Type III PFDs are legal for kayaking. Proper fit is vital.

Kayakers can choose helmets that reflect their style and personal tastes if they wish. Helmets are now available in a wide variety of colors and designs. In addition to the basic kayaking style helmet, there are helmets which include protection for the face. These resemble football helmets and are used when extra protection is required.

Spray skirts are used to keep the wearer dryer and to keep water out of the kayak. A properly fitted spray skirt seals the cockpit. Spray skirt style varies according to kayak style. The best spray skirt is made of neoprene. Sea kayaking spray skirts often contain both neoprene and nylon. Nylon spray skirts are often used in recreational kayaking.

Kayak Trails

There are kayak trails mapped out on many United States rivers and other waterways. Kayakers can choose short or long rides, wild or calm rides. Some of the National Forests feature kayak trails.

Kayak Tours

Kayaking is a way to see the United States and even the world with a different perspective. Kayak tours abound all
globally. Kayakers can paddle through the area in Hawaii where Jurassic Park was filmed. They can see killer whales up close while sea kayaking in Alaska. Brave kayakers can shoot the rapids all around the world.

Kayaking is here to stay. Kayaks give Kayakers a chance to go places that can’t be accessed any other way. They allow kayakers to pit themselves against nature, to calmly paddle and enjoy nature and to renew an acquaintance with the world without the intrusion of technology.

What Cholesterol Tests Entail

Have you ever had your cholesterol checked? Did you know that cholesterol tests are different from other tests? The test is more specific to calculate the risk of heart disease rather than diagnosing or monitoring it. If you are at risk for heart disease, you most surely want to have advance notice so that you can take medications, improve your diet and exercise so that you live a long and healthy life.

Experts state that hardening of the blood vessels is associated with high cholesterol. This is due to the LDL cholesterol or low lipoproteins that accumulate in the blood stream and is the main causes of heart disease. As a preventive measure, you should have your cholesterol level checked on a regular basis. It is in your best interest to have it checked regularly.

Experts recommend taking the cholesterol tests every three to five years if they have been diagnosed with high blood cholesterol. This is most generally done in combination of routine physical. Cholesterol tests are usually done with other tests. These include HDL which is the test for good cholesterol and LDL, which is the test for bad cholesterol.

Blood samples are taken and other tests are done to be analyzed by a cholesterol testing device. Cholesterol tests are performed several times a year for those who are on a special diet or low calorie diet and for others who are taking cholesterol medications. Cholesterol tests are done to document the progress in lowering cholesterol.

Generally, if you have taken a cholesterol test you already know that the results are grouped according to:

* Ultimate – a cholesterol level of 200 mg or below is desirable because there is a low risk of heart disease.

* Borderline and on the high side– a total cholesterol level of 200 mg to 240 mg is at risk of getting heart disease. If you are in this range, your doctor will more than likely request additional tests are done.

* Red Flagged as High Risk – a 240 mg cholesterol level is considered to be at a very high risk of getting heart disease. Your physician will more than likely request additional tests such as a lipid profile. More than likely, you will be given a prescription for cholesterol medication along with the recommendation that you start on a low cholesterol diet.

Cholesterol tests are done when your are healthy because the cholesterol level of an individual who is ill will more than likely be very low. Physicians recommend that you wait at least six to eight weeks after an illness before any tests are done. If you are unsure, speak to your physician directly so that the test will be accurate.

The Truth Behind Articles On Bed Bugs

There are many written articles on bed bugs either on science journals or online. The growing interest in finding out what these creatures are, how they affect our lives and how we can stop them from spreading has lead to numerous articles on bed bugs.

These articles on bed bugs tackle many areas concerning the bed bug. The first type of articles on bed bugs that you may encounter describes what a bed bug is. A physical description of the parasite can help give us differentiate it from other parasites. Adult bed bugs are 1/4 inch long and are reddish brown in color, with oval and flat bodies. Often these articles on bed bugs provide photographs that make it easier for us to identify the insect.

According to articles on bed bugs, there are different types of bed bugs. Aside from the common bed bug that preys on human blood, there are bed bugs that prefer animal blood like birds or bats. To better understand it, articles on bed bugs offer a glimpse of the creature’s life cycle. Female bed bugs take their eggs and lay in hidden areas. They can give birth to 500 eggs during a lifetime. The eggs are very small, whitish, and may need magnification to be identified.

Articles on bed bugs mention that the eggs are sticky when first laid; making it stick to whatever surface they are placed. When they hatch, they are no bigger that a pinhead. As these bed bugs grow, they shed their skins. Some articles on bed bugs say that this shedding can happen five times before becoming adults.

Articles on bed bugs suggest that the speed of bed bug’s development rely on the right temperature, about 70 - 90° F. At that rate they can complete their transition from eggs to adult bugs in a month.

The articles on bed bugs say that cool temperatures and limited access to a prey can delay the full maturity of the bed bugs. However, this does not mean that they die easily. Other articles on bed bugs compare them to cockroaches in resilience. Bed bugs can survive months at a time not feeding. The adults can even stay alive for a year or more without a blood meal.

Some articles on bed bugs explain the how a bed bug’s nature and feeding habits. Bed bugs are nocturnal creatures. As parasites, they move unnoticeably within our homes, furniture, carpets, bed, etc. Articles on bed bugs say that although they can’t fly, they are very quick insects and can move with ease through almost every surface.

Bed bugs are patient parasites. When the bed bugs feed, they pierce the human skin with their beaks and suck the blood through. Articles on bed bugs explain further that unlike mosquitoes, bed bugs take their time in feeding. They get engorged after three to ten minutes. This slow method could be the reason why people do not wake up from a bed bug bite.
